Baby Shampoo

This is just a friendly reminder to anyone dealing with superhots especially sauce makers. In the case of eye exsposure Keep a bottle of tear free baby shampoo near the sink closest to where you're processing.  It's a life saver and always rinse with cold water you want those pores to close up.  Only took me three blind crawls to my upstairs bath to realize I should keep the shampoo in the kitchen.  Can we have a "where it hurts the most" debate.  Ive had it everywhere you'd think you wouldn't want it and my vote is skin around the eye, the eye flushs itself the skin soaks up the capsaicin.

sidenote - I also don't use flip top lids on my sauce bottles anymore, damn Morugas!

no going to the bathroom after making a sauce with no gloves hurts the worse!!
I learned this the hard way making chili many years back. Your parents teach you to wash your hands AFTER using the bathroom. That was the first and last time I ever made that mistake!

ETA: Thanks for the tip OP, never thought of this.
