All noodle must be homemade from scratch. The noddle may be of any cuisine, made by hand or machine, and may be flat, folded, rolled, shaped, extruded, etc.
You may make any dish with the noddle. Wide open! Be traditional, creative, or inventive.
You may have two plates as one entry if a different homemade noodle is on each plate. So yes, you may have an appetizer and entree, soup and entree, dual-entree. But... two plates max except for side sauce and bread. And as much as you want on each plate, yes, one plate is fine too!
In your final post you may have up to 10 pics to show off your entire process, from flour to devour!
