food Salad Recipes?

Aloha Guys,
 
So you're growing hot peppers and tomatos.  You want to eat certain varieties fresh and feel the best way to do that is with a salad. 
 
Anyone got a kick ass salad recipe with which to eat hot peppers and possibly tomatos (sweet or beefsteak)
 
Simple is fine, but looking for some recipes that people like?

Well maybe my favourite salad is Ensalada Chileno (Chilean Salad). I make mine similar to the lady in this video, except i use red onions (not white), a whole lot of lemon juice instead of vinegar and add black pepper and chillies. Dont let the simplicity fool you.... it packs some flavour and goes down great with a bbq.

Edit: Dont worry about the poncey attempt at presentation in video. Put everything in a large non reactive bowl... dont skimp on the acid, mix and let marinade.... the juice makes this salad.
