Taste test of the pepper relish
Tastes really good, wasn't sure I was going to even like it. Habs didn't add enough heat though. Could have used some supers.
Seriously though. I just can't seem to capture how big this bun really is. I'll need to get the wife to take a picture of me trying to take a bite off it.
Very light for its size though. Going to give both sides a nice toast with some butter before placing meat on it.
