Hey!
 
I was wondering if anyone knows the species of these chillies. I've done a bit of searching, but couldn't find anything solid.

As has been mentioned every time it's come up recently, "Gochu" is the korean word for chilli, not a specific type. There may be a type it refers to more than any other but you won't find a species for it without knowing what that type is.
