I am not even going to toss specific names into this as, just the mere mentioning of varieties taints the pool of your seasoned theories. I came home from work last week and a nice box of mostly chocolate peppers was waiting for me. Among them was this group that I have segregated for possible seed extraction.

I was informed they were brown reaper. I will be eating the 3rd and 4th ones tomorrow, And yes, I will be saving the seed.

I had one of the reaper shaped pods for lunch today. VERY NICE! Tasted like reaper of sorts or at least like the chocolate reaper sauce I got from PB. Strange though is the size of the seed I removed from the pod prior to eating. They were very small. small like you would get from a cumari do para.I will eat the other for tomorrows lunch and see if there is a commonality between them. I will be growing these this coming season in hopes I will get pods similar to these.
