How to DWC peppers

Hi im new to hydroponics and peppers i need some help. Im growing DWC.
 
Im using a +- 20 gal tote to with 6 2 inch net cups and a 45 watt led grow light and two 40 watt shop c8 Hg bulbs +- 4 ft long.
 
I need some basic info,
 
What light cycle should I run.
I have MaxiGrow powder nutrients, how much should I use per gallon?
How often should I add/replace water?
Should I completely drain the water and add all new or should I just keep topping it off?
 
Please tell me some other info if you have, thanks.
 

Replace water/nutrient solution every 30 days; top up in between.
 
Keep your nutrient concentration at 1/3 to 1/2 what the nutrient mfg. recommends
