seeds-germination Seedling problem?

Hi all. I noticed some problem? Overwatering?

So there's been an increase in the number of plants displaying this issue since you posted this, Yellow leaves help? I realize there is a language barrier but unless you supply more information as posted below in your last thread, it's hard to help
