Damage on the bottom

Whats up,
 
I have some pictures of a problem i hope everyone can help diagnose. I have several variaties of pepper and this is only happening to a select few, possibly right before they begin to ripen and change color. This is a picture of a Tequila Sunrise, anything helps.
