Extract shelf life?

Any info you could give me would be much appreciated
I wouldn't worry about until they were open, and then only if I were going to actually eat them.

Many Extracts will probably out live us as long as they stay sealed. Some of the Blair's reserves will leak through the cork and wax, so if this be the case, a newer reserve I would try, if it's an older one I would probably pass on the taste test.
I'm not sure that I understand why you mentioned freezing, but I would refrain from letting anything in a glass bottle freeze.

Actually I have opened them...curiosity tends to get the best of me,
and I do use them. I like to add a drop or two in salsas and hot sauces.
But with as much as I have that has been opened,I'm pretty sure I wont run out for years and years..The super hots like the source,I opened just to try a tiny bit (I dont know how anyone can buy something that claims to be that hot and not at least try it
)
So anyway,thats why I was wondering... most of it is on a shelf in a cabinet right now,so I need to know if I should be doing something else to keep it good...I use the 3AM the most so I keep that in the fridge.
