Anyone still have pods for sale?

I'm in need of BOC, or orange ghost peppers. I need about 20 for a recipe I'm experimenting with. The only thing is they have to be orange colored, red or yellow will not work.

I know it's a long shot this late in the season, but I thought I'd try.

How to adjust heat level of fermented sauce?

So I got a couple ferments in the works, and in the past I've just added a little vinegar and blended it up. The problem is it's borderline too hot. How can I adjust that? More water or vinegar and a thickener?

Adding cauliflower to increase viscosity?

I have a light colored medium heat sauce that is a bit on the thin side. Instead of adding thickeners would a bit of cauliflower improve the body without altering flavor too drastically and still maintain the pale color?
