Best Burger you've ever had in your life?

07 May 2018 - 10:34 AM

The best burger I've ever had is the Whopper from Burger King.  :liar:

 Change My Mind.

I used to have a hobby of going to all the "best," burger joints in all the places I lived in with my siblings. We moved a lot, and still keep moving around, haha. The best burger I've had is from Hopdoddy in Austin, or Allswell in Brooklyn.

Hopdoddy has a really good lamb burger for anyone into that, and Allswell is just a really solid burger with uber good fries.

Need a display name change. After several attempts I'm stumped.

Title says it all. Brochacho without an S is already an existing brand. RIP.

So please welcome "Ooh Doggy!"

This was actually our original name, but when we met another hot sauce vendor they advised against using this name, but after reevaluating we think this was one of those, "No's" that you hear and end up being head strong about and saying, "No" right back too! :)

Time to go back to branding!

Edit: Title

[FREE] Need a Label for your Sauce? I Got You!

10 April 2018 - 08:00 AM

I was a student at Parson School of Design, and I've worked for multiple design agencies and artists.

I don't have a lot for my own personal portfolio, so I'm willing to make you guys free labels/packaging. I can help you guys with some production aspects as well from print specs and color. I have a few things that I can show you guys and claim as my own.

This is some work I did for a car customization shop in the Greater Boston Area called Eastside Motoring. I was the lead branding and designer for this project.

If you guys wish for further services after a free label, I can also sell my services for much less than I would normally charge since you are all my pepper brethren and sisters. (idk if there are dms, but we can probably exchange emails as well for better communication)

How did you meet/find/contact your Vendors/Farm?

10 April 2018 - 07:45 AM

Hi Guys,

This is my third post. Wanted to take a minute in this post to just express how, may I dare say it, HOT  :fireball: this forum is. Love how active it is and how passionate people are about their hot sauces. Puts a smile on my face every day I get on.

Anyways, as the tittle says, I'm very curious about how you guys met your vendors and how you went about finding them. I'm starting to look into buy in bulk instead of going to whole foods. Any tips or tricks or things to avoid would be great. I've never done something like this before so I'm kind of leaning on y'alls expertise.

A) Because my college wallet cries every time I'm there.

B) Because it'll be useful in the future.

Thanks a head of time. You guys are great.
