hot-sauce should i pick up sriracha

a mass-produced sauce that delivers a consistent flavor.




I didn't say the flavor was good, that's up to the consumer to decide if the flavor is good, it's just consistent....;;;;;;

It tastes like garlic and chilis. I use it as a ketchup, not as a hot sauce.

I love sriracha. Grew up with it. It was a staple of the house, as was Tapatio and others. It's a delicious asian chili sauce with a lot of sweetness and nothing resembling "hot". I use it in some of my marinades and it's righteous on pizza.

It's so hard to evaluate a hot sauce for the average person because we're not average hot sauce consumers.

This is one of my go-to sauces for about any Asian food... As others have said, it isn't that hot, but has an excellent flavor.

it is readily available here, in walmart and i buy rooster brand, i find it tasty.

It's not like you're buying a car, it's a $3 hot sauce, taste if for yourself. That's how you discover what you like.

Also there are different brands to try.

wow - a use for the Rooster sauce that I've never tried - unpossible!

I haven't used ketchup since I found sriracha... peppery garlicy... little heat... goes with so much....
