hot-sauce should i pick up sriracha

Oh duh! I should have been able to recognize that. I was half asleep (i swear!) :P

Im a flipping panzy. I picked off a serrano and jalap from my plants today and there both to damn hot for me. AHHHH
 
Use it as a base and make THIS as a sauce for your asian expierience:

Sriracha
Soy sauce
Crushed pepper flakes
Honey
Diced Chive or bunch onion
Garlic
Sesame Oil

You can just eye the ingredients.
