Trinidad Gouda Jalapeno Popper Dip:
You can adjust the ingredients to however you like but this gets my taste buds going!
1 Package ground sausage
1 package cream chease
8 oz Sour Cream
10 Jalapenos
shredded Gouda (Try the bag of "Borden")
Hot Sauce
2-5 Superhot Peppers
1. First brown the sausage
2. Mix the Cream Cheese, Sour Cream, half the Gouda, and the Jalapenos in a food processor. (If you dont have one just chop the jalapenos finely and mix this stuff in a bowl)
3. Add the mixture and the sausage to a baking pan
4. Add 2-4 tablespoons of good hot sauce and mix everything up. I used Heartbreaking Dawns Cauterizer
5. After mixing spread the remaining Gouda cheese on top of the mixture
6. Dice up the superhot peppers and spread these too. I used Yellow 7 Pots and Trinidad Scorpions
7. Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes depending on how burned you like the gouda on top
8. Pull it out and enjoy with tortilla chips!
