    I have a bunch of Ghost Peppers. I don't want to just to throw them out. So I am looking for a good recipe to make a sauce or something like that. There is so much on here that I really do not know where to start. Thanks all In advance.

    Too hot for me

    Wow thanks for all the great replies.  :P   I think I will do a combination of cutting it with more milder salsa and just eating it the way it is to build up my tolerance.  I only have a few 900 gr jars left.   This was way hotter than my Habanero  and scorpion jam.  Everyone like's that.

    Hey Guys what does one do with a couple of jars of salsa that is way too hot (for me)  first time Iv'e made it got carried away. I made it with scorpions and ghost peppers. really hate to toss it.  can it be changed some how?  whats every ones thoughts? :onfire: :hot:   :onfire:
