Biography: For 10 years we have been importing & growing chillis and making various sauces and other products using them. We are now up to 300+ products. We sell them across the UK and europe and increasing business in the US is very promising. We are joint organisers of the UK fiery food shows which are growing in size yearly.
We distribute the naga bih jolokia from Assam throughout europe and have been growing members of the naga family for 6 years. We have been accused of obsession and its true. We have been very lucky to be at the forefront of the expansion of the UK chilli industry and enjoy every day (nearly). We are in the right place at the right time. Chillipepperpete.com is a family business with all members working in it to a greater or lesser degree. We argue a lot but it usually works out well in the end.

fry off onions, add garlic and ginger,
add coriander, cumin, turmeric, mustard seeds, fenugreek, bay leaves, star anise and fresh chopped naga pods to taste.
