Those Pepperlover varieties seemed to be made up. Listed, but never sold on the website and no seeds produced to sell in 2021. Something funny seems to be happening on that website . I grew Tehrani in 2021. Nice variety. Chris

No not developed by Agus at all. Developed by Carmazzi in Italy - a huge greenhouse operation. I believe originally developed by a master breeder there who is now deceased (Massimo Biagi). Chris

Well..

In the U.S., I'd say Fall/Winter as vendors re-stock or add new varieties to their list.  This gives you time to start early for the next growing season.  If you grow in hydro indoors, then anytime is fine to buy seeds as schedules aren't as relevant.
