Help a brotha out please. I wanna be smokin on my new weber kettle this weekend. I've smoked twice in my life, with mostly half ass results. I'm thinkin a small beef brisket. How long can I expect it to take on the kettle?

High of only 88 today. Fall must be near.
One day the temps will not go above 89... One day. And on that day it will be a glorious one!
