when are you brewing this lovely thing? I grew a pumpkin patch this year and plan on doing it again next year. I would love to add this brew to my nexts years batch! I am brewing some apple wine here at the house and would love to do a trade!

It all depends on where you are from. Cider is freshly pressed with sediment. Hard cider ferments with its own sugars. Apple wine you mix in an external sugar source. Juice is no sediment and clear. However like what was said above… there is an endless argument what it is. Rock on Salsalady...
