Hey Lynn, on the top toolbar there is a section called "User CP", if you go into that you will find you can change things like your profile pic, signature etc. Its on the left hand side, you simply go iinto edit avator and choose a pic from your computer. If you haven't got any7 pics just have a surf through google or similar for free avators Hope this helps, if you have any troubles let me know and i will try to work through it with you.
