Just finished my 2012 setup last night, 15 pepper plants in total. Caribbean Red Habanero is now 2 years old and produced 13 pounds of pods this year, crazy. Carribean

Grab it by the base of the plant and gently pull it up, you can trim the roots down a tad and pot into new soil. I did this with a few of mine and it worked great.

After reading this thread last year I decided to give it a shot myself using Pepper-Guru methods................ Thanks Pepper Guru! I plan to overwinter 5-10 plants this year!
