Just a queso dip
1ib velveeta or knock off brand
1 onion ( minced)
2 fresh diced up tomatoes
2 bhut jolokia ( mince it)
2 pinchs of salt
2 and 1/2 table spoons cumin
1 to 2 table spoons ground cinimon (depending on taste)
Cook all vegies and spices on med while cubeing your velvetia
Then lower the temp to low and add velvetia cheese.
Stir for a fee mins and taste. If neaded add more cumin or cinimon to your specific taste.
Spice wise it should have a kick like louisiana hot sauce. Just enough to keep it mild enough for a party.personaly I love to put this on noodels.
