  • Not even my wife will oblige me so much. For me, you did so much. That's why, I said impossible.
    It is a compliment.

She doesn't eat ham. Yep it's all mine. Gotta start boozin' more though.
I think I am going to eat an entire 8lb ham, get drunk and celebrate 5K tonight.
Good to see you are back!! I know what you mean about computer being near the couch.. mine is permanently next to the couch so makes posting whilst doing other things easy :) that might attribute to my huge post count!
    Dear PF,

Saw photo of my babies growing under your care.
    Thanks buddy.
What all have u grown from my seeds?

where have you been?? why no posting? hope all is well :) take care - Mel
Depends on how well I progress. If you keep sending me messages people will think YOU are flirting with me!! J/K. Like medical jargon is HOT!!! So after my rehab stint I will know how much outpatient therapy I'll require.
You would think that but all amputees are not like Heather Mills. Especially if you have multiple amputations or additional conditions. Some amps have legs removed all the way up to the hip and therefore nothing to attach an arty, artificial limb, to. My pt got me my leg for free from the prosthetist.

Now back to my weirdness. I call the arty leg a strap on. Am I crazy? Of course!! I need to get to bed soon. I was up to past 5am. My doc is gonna be ticked at me.
It sounds worse than what I"ve been through. I had to have mine removed because there was already a chunk of me missing that couldn't be sewn up. I could see bone. So a nice clean chop and bye bye foot.

I hope the drinking restriction is removed before the anniversary. I am gonna DRINK UP!!! I have a weird sense of humor that I would celebrate it!!!

Did you do the pt outpatient. I was having insurance hassles and my pt offered to give me pt inpatient for free. I think he just wants to flirt with me!!!
I don't think I am necessarily in more pain than you. I don't know what happened to you. I don't expect people to pity me or roll out the red carpet. My wheels would probably get stuck on it anyway!
My thoughts exactly. That's why I turn the tables on them. Perhaps this is tmi but I had to learn to use my artificial leg while almost completely blind and missing a small part of the other foot. I think that gave me an attitude problem!
Yeah....we have our bi-yearly PT test next month....It's never fun!!

Great to hear you're back on your feet!....at least part of the way!
Just been working on Retta's house. Today I installed her over the range microwave. That was interesting!

    How are you?
Cool, thanks for the idea. I sometimes drink vodka and lemonade, but never tried it with tequilla.
bugger about not being back at work.

I haven't been on much lately either, probably only had 5 posts in as many days. Work had been flat out and life in general has stopped me from getting on the computer of late. :(
