Ha! Naw that's awesome because my oven ribs weren't good. I think it's because I left them in a tad longer to wait for a friend. I mean the guests liked them but I thought they sucked. I seasoned with Garlic, Basil, Salt, Pepper, Soy Sauce, Franks Red Hot, Ginger, Celery Seed. Then in a pan I poured water and beer in there. Turned out ok I guess.
