    Hydro Bhuts

Just wondering if I should be making any changes to my setup to help my peppers ripen. I've shortened the light cycle to 9.5hrs and have a few peppers turning but I'm running out of time.

Hey scrufy, I completely agree. If it ain't broke don't fixit. My crop is double yield and double size pods compared to last year. I have also heard that EC is better, fact is is that it's more precise but until my trusty tri-meter dies I'll stick with ppm. Thanks for the reply! Right on...

    nutrients Hydro finishing nutrients

Hi all, I'm wondering if anyone has any advice on the nutrient levels going into the final weeks of the grow season. I'm running around 600ppm right now and think I should start to back it off to around 300ppm? The bhut pods are all well developed, plants are still growing like mad. Will this...

shopping Which light to buy, hps or mh

I have a magnet hps ballast with 600 watt hps as well as 600 watt mh conversion bulb. Last season I started my Bhuts on the mh and was not that impressed with the growth rate. After changing to the hps I saw a significant increase in growth so this year I've only ran the hps. I have very nice...

    Hydro Bhuts - Max PPM?

The tent is in my detached garage which in not heated or insulated. I'd like to bring the whole rig into my basement but don't have a good spot for it. I'll try brining it up about 50ppm every few days....
