This is usually caused by broad mites, or some other kind of mite. You can place a piece of white paper under the plant and flick the mass of shoots to knock the little buggers off and take a look at them. You should see little tiny tiny mites crawling around if they're alive and active on your...

The new growth looks alright, but I'm guessing the plant is still stressed and stunted. If you don't have really good lighting it may take a while to fully recover. Make sure you keep the soil moist but not wet and it should recover - but it may not be beautiful until next season  :rolleyes:

I find the taste of NuMex Suave Orange and Habanada kinda off-putting. Is this really the same flavor people like in habaneros?   Trinidad perfume blew me away, but it has almost no sugar. It's a funny pepper.   Aji dulce is probably the best tasting.

I spent some time breeding with the variegation from 'Fish Pepper' and noticed that every once in a while in a heterozygous plant (not expressing the trait) that you would get a very small albino sector on a leaf.
