Hey RocketMan I saw that you live in Florida and I wanted to know if you'd be interested in attending a Summer 2012 BBQ and Hot pepper event. It'd be during a weekend and would probably include a BBQ/Cookoff, hot sauce tasting and pepper trading as well as some games (horseshoes, stuff like that).

What do you get when you cross some Cow with some Pig and Chicken. Add in some onion, shrooms, green pepper, a little jalapeno and habanero pepper. Then add some rice and stock? Oh yeah, and some beer. I like to cook with beer. Sometimes, I even put some in the food.
