tomorrow I will put up another 2 gallon ferment of peppers from the garden and generous THP members. I've followed the test batch #3 recipe exactly but substituted pods from everyone this time around. Results should be in around New Years
Ok the NuMex Spanish Piquillo I got from Buckeye Pepper Co are really coming in and they are damn delicious!! Deep red heart shaped pods, thick walled and just a touch of heat. L-O-V-E!!!
