Dehydration is finally done. Got a serious bag of fire here. Now it is time to grind and mix with the previous smoked batch to add flavor..

Well I didn't make it, the wife is home, peppers aren't dry yet, and the garage is still a toxic cloud. Guess I have to up the heat and hope for the best. There are a bunch of super hots in there so even with the higher heat in the dehydrator this powder should still be super hot.
If the season is over what do we do?

I buy 10 lb bricks on Amazon, not sure what brand..I've bought several different ones and they all pretty much the same. Like $19 or $20 a brick.
