This is one of my newest recipes. This recipe is so easy to cook, that even my girlfriend can pull it off. Its also very cheap, i have calculated the cost to ~$1/portion!!! Oh, i forgot. The $ costs almost nothing at the moment; make it ~$2/portion ;)

I use the chickenlegs because they have the greatest taste, contains most fat and bones. How the hell they can be the cheapest part of the chicken is beyond my belief.

Chicken a la Floyd
------------------

1 whole Chili
1 whole onion
4 wedges of garlic
4 chickenlegs
2 cubes of chickenstock
2 dl of rise
1/2 liter of crushed tomatoes
6 dl of water
1 pinch of ginger
1 tablespoon of tandoorispice
salt and pepper

Chop the garlic, onion and chili finely and fry them on low heat with the spices. Turn up the heat and add water, tomatoe, the chickenlegs and the stock cubes. When it starts to boil, lower the heat and cook until the chicken is ready (when it easy come of the bone). Take up the chicken and start collecting all the fine parts. All the flavour from the fat and chickenbones are now left in the pot.

Now add the rise to whats left in the pot and let
it cook slowly until its done. Add the chickenmeat and some parsley.

Serve with warm bread to dip in the sause. I prefer Indian Nan-bread.

Drink a cool white wine, a light beer or a huge glass of fresh milk!

Enjoy!
