You can get a Potentiometer from radioshack for a few dollars. It's worth.

propagation-cloning first shot at cloning! Writeup is up!

I built one of these at the beginning of the season and it has been working great. Peppers are the easiest / quickest of all the plants I have tried. So far I have successfully cloned: -every pepper I have tried -tomato -edible fig -key lime -crepe myrtle -bamboo (clumpers only) -ficus benjamina...

Might be too fast, I use a computer fan and it almost on the lowest setting. I think a hard drive would throw the magnet in no time. I built one of these style http://www.homebrewtalk.com/f51/show-us-your-diy-stir-plate-228400/ and have been using it for two years with no problems.

I'm having a really hard time figuring this out (Florida)

Thanks, that is what I figured. The way I have it planned now I will be covered with just a buisness license in my county until I start selling online or go over 15K a year ( http://www.freshfromflorida.com/fs/CottageFoodAdvisoryWithFormNumber.pdf ) , which will not happen for a quite few years...

I'm having a really hard time figuring this out (Florida)

Ok, so I understand what it takes to open a small business in my area and I have combed through the cottage food law, but I cannot find anywhere what licenses it takes to sell peppers online (dried, fresh, or seasoning mixes.) My next step is to call the local extension office, but i'd rather...

    A look at Root Pouches

What is the best media for pouches. I was planning on using an 80/20 coco/perlite, they're going to be drip watered and manually fed. I've been having great results with that mix so far in my vertical towers

This was taken about a month ago, I'll try and get a more recent pic later. Got the seeds from Ed. Taken today, couldn't get my phone to focus right. Just trimmed it yesterday.

Once you outgrow the the stand on the ground and want a higher up stand you can still use the burner. My stand has my original Bayou classic burner mounted to it and it still works great.
