If I had known in advance, I would have shown you some hospitality.
Anyhow, I'm not from that region of the country, but heard good things of "Abu Shakar" (hummus) - Hameginim 29 street, downtown. plus, someone who serves with me is from Haifa, even though he's not into hot food, he recommended a burger joint called "Black" at the Lev Hamifratz mall. the way he describes it, sounds damn delicious. I'd say go try both. there's also a place called Merkaz Hacarmel loaded with restaurants and pubs.

Personally the best food is in Yafo and Ramla, which is arab food. best humus and masbaha is "Abu Hassan" (Yafo) and "Halil" (Ramla). if you're into gourmet food, try Tel-Aviv. the best food and most likely to get high quality spiciness is "street food". Falafel, Shawarma and such.

Enjoy your visit, mate. tell me when you visit again, as I might have some time to take you out to launch or dinner. :)
Nice! You'll have to big it up with some Scorpion threads! I still haven't grown any of my own peppers yet...one of these days.
Yeah I'm also a pepper fanatic like you! I am growing around 65 plants this year

Well, I decided to stick with Biobizz Light-Mix, which is a good soil mix. At the moment, I'm not ready for coconut, with its constant stress and physiological changes in plants. Once I get the hang of it, I'll start growing a couple of plants on coconut to stabilize the process. But for now, it's soil only!
I would greatly appreciate your advice and criticism. I have only recently begun to study and develop as a breeder and, in general, as a pepper grower. If you have any questions or advice, once again, I would be very grateful!
