Okay, heed my advice. Eat that dinner, and grab some seconds. Then, immediately after dinner have something creamy, or sweet, or both. A glass of whole milk, or some ice cream. Following that, with NO wait time, eat the pepper. Even after that you may still feel some cramps. If you do, eat something like a banana or yogurt, and have some milk with it. The cramps usually happen because your tummy goes empty, and there's still some capsaicin to digest. Keep some food in there to work...
