No wonder nobody reads it... it's longer than most school essays anyone had to do growing up. And funny how the most important words are all in quotes, as if somehow, someway, he's reserving the right to define the words however he likes

And it's curious how he suddenly dropped his prices after it was mentioned on here a few times that the prices for some of his boxes were double what other people were charging for pods that were often better in quality.

And his terms and conditions explicitely state that he ships only on Monday's with no exceptions, but the ad he has up now states he picks the peppers and ships the same day. So which is it?

Yeah the terms and service are stupid. He thinks he can hide behind those and still have good customer service.

Whereas people like Judy, sic, myself and others have no terms and service, or a minimal common-sense one at best...

its real easy. you grow/sell/be nice. thats it dont matter how big or how many plants. thats the formula.

elcap - It's a tiny group with the vast majority of posts being by that one guy who is clearly a fan of Baker's and very quick to try defend against any negativity towards Dale. Chances are that if it was a company he didn't like he'd probably be slandering them left and right in that same group.

Yeah, after Dale's patsy posted that warning then deleted it, I removed myself from the group...

Kinda funny how Even me as a newb, see's the BS that takes place from them.

Lol, he dropped the price yet again on his ad, saying he was taking an additional $5 off one of the boxes from now until the end of the "promotion" in 3 days. Still, the formatting of the ad itself gave me a pretty bad case of eyestrain, and almost gave me a migraine to boot. I never thought 2-3 Advil would be a requirement to read an ad on here...
