I think the original recipe had too much vinegar for my taste. I added a cup of Steen's cane syrup and that helped a lot. Next time I'm thinking at least one cup less of vinegar. They must have really liked vinegar back then. lol.

What kind of cayenne peppers?Red or Golden.
