    That would be cool to do.They most likely use that much vinegar so it wouldn't go bad.150 year old recipe that still available to make.Wow,that just blows my mind.

    I cut the vinegar in half and the ph was still fine for bottling.
    Just finished bottling some tabasco hot sauce I've been fermenting since July. Added just enough white vinegar to make it the consistency of melted ice cream. Simply awesome.

    this is a reply from millworker (mod) on the issue ...If you have points that means you have done something against the rules, whether thread jacking or attacking another member and other things like that. You have 0 warning points so that means you are doing a good job . Only mods and admins can give them and if you do get one there should be a reasoning behind it.     Well I got a fair number of chinense in seed trays now. 4 trays are really going. 8 trays are full of seeds I started in cups last week. I have anothe couple of trays to go I think. I think I'm going to have to buy more 4' flourescent lamps. Pics to come. I guess I'll start a blog.

    yeah, 72 cells each. I've put up a blog though I wonder if it should be moved to the glogs. I didn't even see the "glogs" until now.

    Hi Mate. I would be happy to send some fatalii seeds your way. Are you interested in some Mustard Hab seeds too, I have a surplus of those and they are a truly fantastic pepper. Your Inbox is full I think, it wouldn't send a message... :D
    I was thinking it might take them sometime before they pop out of the peat pellet around november and have them grow inside until january where they will have a 10 gallon container waiting.
