Latex is oil permeable. You need to get nitrile gloves. You'll never go back :)

I use doubled up nitrile gloves. I've tried doubled up latex and still gets through if you're cutting pods for a long period of time. Even with single nitrile I've had hot spots if I'm cutting for an hour or two. Have never had an issue once I started doubling the nitrile
