My neighbors are the living version of the Squidbillies. They leave loaves of bread out for "birds" almost daily. I try to keep an amicable relationship with them because they are freakin' crazy. I gave up on finding good neighbors and moved to where I probably couldnt hit them with iron sights. Sorry for your dog, consider rural life. Much better on the nerves and dogs.
