Vape or cold turkey or gum? Congrats I kicked the habit few years ago

THX for the support Y'all. I'm doing the lozenges Tep. My habit called for the largest dose but I went with the lowest dose. I only eat about 5-6 a day. In the past I had no prob dropping the lozenges, ritual de la habitual de fumar is my hard part.
