Just had my first Fatalii courtesy of Hillbilly Jeff - what a fantastic pepper!
Thought I'd lost my binder with 50+ seed varieties indeed in baseball card sleeves in my last move. Found it today. It was in my germinating tray/dome combo underneath the leftover rockwool cubes from last season. It's been in front of me THE WHOLE DAMN TIME. Every year I say "gonna start earlier than last year" which has consistently been March 5 (gotta love NorCal's long season). I might get a 5 day jump this year...
Clove garlic and half a Jonah in a mortar and pestle. Sprinkle with salt, crush the heck out of it. Add to mayo w/ black pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice. Place on sandwich, die and go to heaven.
Holy Jonah! I may just have a new favorite pepper. First one I've had and still have a couple more that should ripen in the next few weeks in NorCal
