Why is the inside of some of my pods black? They look pretty normal on the outside (maybe just a shade lighter in color) but when I cut into them, they are black on the inside? It's only a few pods, I was just curious if I'm doing something wrong.
Zac talked me into trying a taste of some ghost pepper sauce made with extract. It was very nasty and had some kind of a weird taste. It's hard to explain, but it was very bad. That is all.
Made up some infused salt a few weeks ago. The wife swears she's not a chili head, but since she got her hands on that salt every meal I eat has some pretty good heat!
Lesson Learned! Don't cook scorpions in a skillet on the stove (unless you're trying to work up your tolorance to pepper spray) Thought I'd make up some superhot chicken for me and the boy....We had to open all the windows and evacuate the wife and kids
