Why didn't I ever think of this!  I've got to track down some reaper mash, and fresh pods are getting hard to find.  Perhaps this is something for early next season?  I'm definitely interested in giving it a go.

My local grocery (Brookshire's) carries habs.  I've been able to find ghost peppers at the Central Market (I had to ask for them... they were in the back)  :)   You might also check with Pepperlover, or Sickman.

Well... Since I was not able to keep it down, it wasn't too bad.  I am interested to hear about what ensues if said "Pasty Gusher" is held down for any amount of time though.  It can't be good. :)   Ask and you shall receive.... :)  I'll try to put something together in the next week or so.

I've saved a ton of money (no way I could afford to get all that work done).  He hasn't charged me anything, but I hook him up when I can.  

I'm just guessing, but I'd say we are close to 35 or 40 hours so far.
