BBQ burgers - smoked! food of the gods!
harvested and pickled 2 jars of jalapeños yesterday! stoked.. added a whole bunch of mixed smoked chiles to the pickle for flavour
so damn hot... thermometer needle is stuck in the MAX. i think the damn thing is close to melt hehe 40
more heatwaves incoming.. this summer is going to be really hot!
oh no... an other heatwave incoming. this weekend is going to be over 100Fº
cooking up hotsauce with some of last years dried pods.. nice flavour mixing smoked and nonsmoked chilis of various sorts - but i think i put in a bit too much tsmb!!

hmm what to do with all last years dried TSMB's..
lots of jalapeños on the bushes from last year and soon the first flower will open on the rocoto looks like i might get to make rocoto relleno soon enough
got some more seeds sprouting in my newly built little greenhouse for the seedlings padron peppers are the first to sprout!
chilis growing nicelly they love the heat

african heat wave...
planted about 120 chili seeds..just in case some of the ones ii got planted out get stunted or what ever..
just decided to plant even more chilis.. good to have back up
