You are really moving things along Chuck! Love the saucechat. I think a recipe thread sounds like a good idea. I think I get the most mileage out of a basic vinegar and salt and garlic recipe I use with roasted supers. Some kind of pretreatment like roasting, smoking, or fermenting really...

Blisters 2015 Coco Grow! Difficult start...

Hah! Right after I post the victory picks I have elongated holes between the veins of some leaves and two green leaves drop. At first I thought it was edema but after looking at some pictures ny guess is manganese and phosphate deficiency. I am thinking I need to up the Flora Bloom and reduce...

Blisters 2015 Coco Grow! Difficult start...

Sure thing! I was going to compile this after some pods set but here are weekly glamor shots.     Gives you a good idea of the rate of growth. After a week adjusting it really took off in a big way. I don't know if you can tell in the photo but I had to stand on my tiptoes to get the most...

Blisters 2015 Coco Grow! Difficult start...

Plants look amazing Neil. And so far everything is working for my jolokia. I've noticed the stem is much smoother and toned in comparison with the garden plants. Lack of pests and elements sure does let it grow fast. Started hand pollinating the flowers yesterday. Going about 791 ppm once a...

HBJ 2015 - Got a box of pepper love in mail today!!!

Garden looks great HbJ. I think the Habs sunburn worse because of the lighter leaf cover and faster growth. The supers tend grow a little more slowly and form a thicker canopy, protecting their peppers a little better. All this is anecdotal.

JA Red Hans look interesting. Much smaller than the variety I grew with the same name. How's the taste? The lemon drop offspring look almost like bells. How strange! Goronong peppers are also quite strange looking. I bet they're hot! Keep the pics coming bud!

    Stickman's 2015 - That's All She Wrote...

Yeah fair enough. This was a trial run... I think the rocotos I am growing are Peruvian in ultimate origin. I think they like the light but not the temps. I bet I get a bunch to set in the very early part of the next season. One plant is producing well though, so it may be a light or fertilizer...

    contest Growdown Throwdown 2015 !!!!

Yeah they definitely have a bushy habit. There seems to be a sweet spot with the pruning... I topped all but the tallest on one plant until it looked like growth speed was impacted. I've let it bush out a little bit and vigor is back, but the pruning only bought me a couple of inches.

    Devv's 2015 - 16, Life is good!

Looks like the garden is still going to be an award winner. Stay on the mend Scott. Interesting genetics going on in that poblano. Looks like its going to chocolate up quite a bit. Bet it'll make some nice powders. The Manzano looks great as well. Hopefully the fruits start setting for you. I...

    Stickman's 2015 - That's All She Wrote...

Yeah from THP it seems the manzanos are two-year projects at least. I got one with some fruits and another that drops all its flowers. I haven't had a great track record with OWs but I am still optimistic. The plants look amazing as always. Keep the pics coming!

Blisters 2015 Coco Grow! Difficult start...

Great update Neil! Info packed as usual. Here's to hoping you get the right size pot. My jolokia is looking great. When I rinsed it the water had about 300 ppm in it, so I think the plant is absorbing around 300 ppm of nutes over the week. The coco is compacting but I think the plant is...
