Well I started some sb70 f3, silver Surfer, 7-pot bubblegum and Jays peach ghost scorpion seed today. It's time I step up to 2 heat mats.... Yes this was the first round... I'm going to get a 2 tray mat today.. I don't have a choice.

I mix 50/50 fox farms Ocean Forrest and Happy Frog  and and large chunk perlite..

OK  made some up dates  to  what  has popped. So far not bad.. But  its  not  what I was hoping for.. I need to get a few to pop  and produce pods to replace seeds. They have until Sunday to spit out a tap root or the will go in trash..

Yea  I started 6 of each of 12 different types I will reseed some on Sunday and start others. I also need to start my soil this week end. Or at least buy it..

I know how it goes with work.. Been working 20 hour days all week.

I have just left them alone and not had an issue. I waited for the 2nd set of leaf's and then just cut it off if they didn't fall off. Nail clippers are a must have for starting plants. Just  clip when the time is right.

Haven't received a SASBE yet..

Remember they have a 5 year warranty. Yea other then the bulb issues its a great light. I have 2 now I bought 1 that was 4 years old for 100.00 So I basically have a 4 foot 8 bulb.

I start all my pepper plants in Feb..I will start my girls garden end of next month.

Started mine last week end some folks start in Dec. and plant out in mid May.

Yea  the way  things are looking I will  have more up tomorrow. I have to reseed some that are not a viable seed. But so far full steam ahead.

Sunblaster has single bulb T-5 lights in 18-48 length. They also have a stand to hold them. I use a single bulb on to of my 7 inch dome germination station, along with a heat mat. The soil also looks on the dense side. Did you add any perlite? I use Fox Farms Ocean Forest mixed with Fox Farm...

Quick up date.. Mine seems to eat bulbs.. Not getting any thing close to 10k hours half life...

He has 3/4 of an acre..

I might talk to a buddy about  this...Looks  way fun.
