Thanks @tsurrie, we spent the last 2 days prepping & freezing many peppers for winter. I can't think of any other vegetable that has the sheer number of shapes, colors & flavors that peppers have. Anyone you gift with your peppers is awestruck at all the different peppers you have grown... -

Grabbed a pack of Zapotec from BC, when I bought a friend some Scotchie seed last season. Looks like a good Jalapeño to try. https://www.rareseeds.com/pepper-hot-jalapeno-zapotec The Early Jalapeño did very well it's a great popper pepper. -
