Whole freezer with sliced and vacuum sealed pods. Aji Largo, yellow rocoto, rocoto Riesen, red rocoto, farm locoto, tabasco, charapita, datil, banana, corno-di-toro, giant white habanero, reapers, ghosts, scorpions, and a partridge in a pear tree..

Just a few more. Up to 972. That's about all the ripe ones im gonna get. Loads of green pods but temps dropping into the 20s the next few nights.

Can they all be vacuum sealed and frozen? 😜

Although not really tree-like, I have yellow rocoto plants in Dutch buckets with individual branches that are at least 12ft long. They are growing up about 6ft, drape over trellis rope, and grow back down to the ground.

A couple of updated shots. The greenhouse is 20ft wide and the forest has taken over more than 1/2 of that. Not much room to maneuver. Definitely have to rethink spacing next season. 🤪 I have 2 rows of 16 buckets spaced 18" center-to-center. May remove every-other bucket to give some more...

I grew a couple of plants this year. Loads of pods. Pain in the ass to pick them all. Mix them with tobascos and make pepper vinegar.

Picked a few more. One green pod couldnt wait and jumped off the vine...
