Hello Pepperpals.

Anybody growing Charapitas around here ? Since when, how many plants, yield, crop avenues, transformations ??!! I have a 8th generation-adapted crop (80 plants), yielding about 1500 pods evey four months (a pound, or half a kilogram) which I am converting into the most unusual warm smoked culinary oils.

I grew a couple of plants this year. Loads of pods. Pain in the ass to pick them all. Mix them with tobascos and make pepper vinegar.
