Yeah if something goes wrong on the appraisal then they may have to redo their loan. I'm certain they definitely would not get the same loan simply because they would have to switch from USDA to FHA. That jump alone effects a lot of things like mortgage interest which can drive up your monthly...
The lender worked things out with the buyers line of credit because this is a USDA loan we have to wait for the appraisal and then we are at the mercy of the federal government to respond. The lender is saying we will have to push back closing from November 2nd to November 16th. 2 weeks. Fingers...
I have the worst luck. The buyers lenders now have an issue with one of the buyers line of credit. Now closing will be pushed back 2-4 weeks. We will know for certain tomorrow.
This is better than the agave but not as good as original or Xtra hot. Low heat for a habanero sauce but the city pairs well with the curried dish we had for dinner
Well it seems like everyday is getting a little bit better. Servpro is currently under the house doing their work. Environmental services from the parish have come by and inspected the septic system passed it so we're through that process. Still got to fix a few things over the weekend but...
Home inspection is done. Buyer's asked for a few things but nothing too crazy. So, I accepted their request. ServePro should be here tomorrow or Friday then we will be waiting on the appraisal. Once that's done we can proceed to close. Right now that date is set for November 2nd.
That's all I really need is somebody with a good namesake to do some light cleanup under there and give me an invoice all will be well. Hard to find a company that will do that when there is a hurricane devastating an area close enough for us to get to apparently
Well it's been a pretty screwed up week for the sale of the house. The company we were having doing the mold remediation decided to pull out of the Baton Rouge area and send all of their crews down to Florida because of the hurricane so we're now waiting on an estimate from the only company we...
Flautas. Filling is Quorn brand meatless pieces, pinto beans, fire roasted corn, green chilies and spices. We topped with black olives, white queso and hot sauce.
Deconstructed lasagna. Basically we break all the lasagna pieces up boil them mix them with the impossible sausage and sauce, fresh mozzarella and ricotta topped with parmesan. The wait to let it cool is the hard part.
